How to get count of records of any table?

we can get record count using bellow three types:

1) SELECT COUNT(*) FROM table_Name
Output: 306784

1) SELECT COUNT_BIG(*) FROM table_Name
Output: 306784

2) SELECT rows FROM sysindexes WHERE id = OBJECT_ID('table_Name') AND indid < 2
Output: rows:306784

3)exec sp_spaceused 'table_Name',true
Output: table_Name 306784 97112 KB 67328 KB 29384 KB 400 KB
